Koofie-- add me to the list of those who want to hear the story!
crazyma-- you are quite the poet!
tambre-- I am glad that it went well. Maybe the fact that it's a lot of house for the money will counter the no master bedroom.
Send us some good vibes-- we had a showing this evening. They spent about 20 minutes (which seems longish given that our house is only 1800 sq feet) and saw us as we were walking outside. They turned around to come back to talk to us and said they liked the house, could tell that we had maintained it well, etc. They asked a couple of times if we had any current offers or had received any offers at all. So maybe???

Wow, that sounds very promising, they were on a fishing expedition, and may just bite. Good luck, and positive thoughts and selling mojo headed your way!
I'm jonesing for a cigarette, been off'em since Sun. nite. I think all that fresh air is affecting me. shouldn't I be feeling better ...yet? LOL
here ya go shoegal---------eyes closed and revving up---
there's some good vibrations happening for ya!
crazyma-- yay for you for quitting! It's so hard to do but so important bc of the risk of cancer, heart disease, etc. It is really hard but it will get easier. Sorry if I sound a bit preachy-- I just see all of the bad stuff associated with tobacco so I am always so happy to hear when people give it up
Tambre, good feedback on your showing..you never know where your buyer will come from..probably out of the blue like ours...
Keeping the fingers and toes crossed..Painter, it will happen, sounds like you are doing the right things..its just a crappy market...keep the price as low as you can is probably my best advice after 10 months on the market, that is where we went wrong..
sending hugs out that way
Barb
