We were upper eastern shore in Kent County. It took us 13 months to sell and one major price reduction and taking an offer for another $13K off. We had two really lowball offers before that. Two other houses for sale in our neighborhood when we listed. One reduced price and sold a couple of months after us. Another is still for sale
