well we just had our 1st and only showing, but they came back within 20 mins. the second time was with the mother. we are hoping thats a good thing. keep your fingers crossed.

I think the worst part of selling, is the house has to be clean ALL THE TIME, and 6 days out of 7, it doesn't get shown! I had 2 showings the first week my house has been on the market. I am ntsad about this. I like when the realtor leaves the buisness card to know they were there, but they don't always do it. Feedback you won't always get, unless they make an offer.

Exactly, you spend an hour running around straightening up for 3-5 minute walkthru. LOL
Our home has been on the market for 5 Days now and we had 6 showings so far. It was listed as low as we could go . First offer came in and we agreed to go down another 5K but they wanted more and we just cannot afford it.
My husband is very disappointed but that is the reality I guess.
One other couple might come back for a second visit but who knows.
I hope we didn't miss our only chance.
Same here all I do is cleaning cleaning .........my two Kids don't like me anymore...smile.
