sold our present condo and looking to buy property in ft lauderdale or tampa (pasco county) general area. Looked at double wide mobile even on canal but have been advised that you cannot buy insurance on it or that insurance is unbearably expensive. Any help with property info or insurance info...need immediate response...closing date within a month
