I assume the $695 includes all other fees the attorney normally charges you for?
i.e.:
Title search fees
courier fees
post closing fees
Title Insurance fees (for lender and buyer)
Recording Fees

To be there at closing does not infer the attorney will PERFORM the title search and closing..... I would want a detail of what she/he is going to Perform.
