speaking of flyers, back when, we had the nice ones, and then I just started cranking out ole plain black and white on regular paper, no pics, just good basic info that left it up to potential buyers to find it intriguing enough to come see.......had a really nice 3 pg inside flyer with a description and dimensions of all rooms & features. Those MLS sheets are seriously lacking in real info, IMO....
I recently found out a house close by, in really bad shape, sold for what we were asking here. They took about 20,000K less than asking..........what a uplifting thing to learn....NOT! Well, maybe it will get better by the time we might decide to re list again...
ho hummmmmmmmmm. i feel like throwing all my *crap* out...can't seem to get motivated to get my art/sewing room ready to go again,and the other half sits oblivous in the SWEARroom......guess I should quit *itching, being a kept woman and all LOL

Twist and Shout, shake, shimmy and roll! Maybe a good old bobby sock, poodle skirt bebop? I for one is to to old to grab onto a pole on less of course there is a paint roller behind it. Now for that bump and grind well we will just leave that for another day.

I'm coming back up....HE actually gave the recliner a break and mowed then we moved the outdoor AC unit...I transpanted a rose bush. Showered , feeling better now, off to figure food.Oh glorious FOOD
