Good luck to everyone with showings, inspections, packing, settling into new digs, house shopping, and if you can handle it, just plain enjoying life in whatever situation you are in this weekend! For us sellers, may the economic stimulus package help stimulate our buyers interest (no, not that way, that's what hotel rooms are for )

What are your thoughts on the affects of the economic bailout as far as helping to stabilize home prices? Do you think it will loosen up the credit availability enough to give buyers confidence? Would you lower the price of your home now, or hang tight? Here' are some cups of fresh brewed MOJO for everyone. Help yourselves. Get it while it's still warm.

(MOJO)> (MOJO)> (MOJO)> (MOJO)>
$ $ $
and for you lefties <(MOJO) <(MOJO) <(MOJO)

Well folks I am trying to put my house back together. The cabinets are now finished less the new knobs which I will go get along with paint for the porch floor in the a.m. I took and washed all the sheers and curtains today hopefully I will do the ironing prior to heading to town. Then also my pressure washer is suppose to get back here Sat. night so I can wash the patio concrete and around the pool Sunday. then onto finish cleaning out the garage! Landscape I tore up Wed. will be the last that I do outside. So even if there is no good news my house will be clean for me-again! I will admit that this is the first time in many yrs I miss having a man around, lol.....

Thanks everyone...Had to check in one last time before I call it a nite. Getting up @ 5 am to make an early trip up have tons of family to see in a short amount of time. Judy I hope you start to feel better. There is some Yuky stuff going around DH came home weds night sicker than a dog. So I got right on it made some homemade chicken noodle soup and to bump it up a notch instead of the traditional egg noodles I used a five cheese tortilini (sp) and boy was that good and a real hit for the fam. Well I will be praying that the weekend is prosper to you all waiting on offers! talk to you all soon.

Michelle
