LOL, wow, think the realtor should have just skipped taking interior photos for that listing. Hope the realtor is getting a good commission on this one because it will be a really tough sell.
It is a short sale, but my GOSH!!! If all that stuff is being left, I kinda feel bad for whoever left it??? Why?
And if it comes with, say hello yard sale
The clutter in this house looks very much like a house that has just come on the market in my area. I can't tell if the one near me is a short sale, but by the total disregard for the condition, I'm guessing so. Its a shame because the house is only 4 or 5 years old and was a higher end home. The large jetted tub is filled with clothes and junk, for instance! Ugly sheets tacked over the windows, etc. I can't figure out why a home would be trashed in such a short period of time. My problem in considering buying a house like that is with all the clutter, I can't see if/how much the floors, countertops, paint/drywall are damaged and how much of an expense I'd be getting into to make it liveable. Made that mistake with a rental many years ago. It was a block from the beach, the price was right, but we couldn't see a lot of the home because it was SUCH a mess and the previous renters were in the middle of moving out. By the time we got a good look at it, realized we'd made a big mistake.
This may be one of those, "buy the worst house on the best block", scenarios. Then again...
