Well the house behind us has the big old sold sign up. Sure the people with homes for sale here would love to have a go at him.

Lacey, Hopefully he will be long gone soon and remember karma will catch up on him soon. I hope it does not hurt your comps awhole lot. That is another thing here, forclosures are starting to pop up and if I lower well....it just sucks all the way around.

Realtor doesn't feel it will hurt any of us. His house is less sq ftg on 2 floors than our main level. No basement-which is unusual for here.

on your house closing!!!

Crazyma I hope you are feeling better today!!!
Thank you Judy and about the cruise we have to do some serious saving. We want an outside room with a balcony so we can see the glaciers. That is what our friends had and will get again. I would love the suite but to much $$$$$. This will be a once in a life time thing for us and I always wanted to see Alaska.

Chickrae Congrats on your closing. Great news finally.

Painter I agree with Kristine. You also had two offers granted they were not approved for a loan but they were offers. It is the market and even people who have a large down payments are being turned away. Lets hope for an all cash deal. Wouldn't that be nice.

Chick, BIG CONGRATS on your closing...enjoy your house christening!

Texas and Lorrie, enjoy your upcoming cruises respectively

Texas I don't think you can go wrong with any of the puppy names.

Painter, based on your circumstances I wouldn't lower the price.

Crazyma and anyone else feeling under the weather get well soon!!!

Good morning campers..had a small earthquake here this morning, about 5:25..I felt it..I am from SoCal so I know an earthquake when I feel one..no damage, not sure about closer to Seattle, but barely a bump here

I just made myself a cup of hot cocoa..feeling like i need some comfort food.
Have not heard from our mortgage guy..Carl called this morning and no answer..Not sure what is going on, but we need to know what to do with this darn paperwork he needs..fax it? Overnight it? sheesh.. Anyway the cocoa is good. will take a nap soon, i think i take naps because I am bored. Hopefully if we ever get out of this place, i will have enough to do to stay awake. I did sleep ok, been taking tylenol pm.

Alaska is on our list of places to see..would love to take a cruise there, Lorrie yes you need a balcony..

Well, i dont have much going on..just watching Home Shopping Network, they are showing body shapers. Dont think they will do much for me, lol. see I am bored to be watching that..

later campers
