Hi Everyone,

I just found out that the person listed as a Condo Association Trustee who signed the "Statement of No Unpaid Condo Expenses" provided before my closing was NOT actually a Trustee for the complex.

Is there any recourse against this kind of fraudulent representation?

Do you have any damages? Are there any unpaid condo expenses?
