What is the sq. ft of the place? Did it have a park view? What are the monthly fee's?

Thanks. Love that area.

about 650sq ft, about 1100 a month maint and it had half a park view as it was a corner apartment,,, it was probley the cheapest apartment in the entire building as its mostley 1 and 2 bedrooms which are way way over a million... in fact we sold a 2 bedroom before the drop for just over 2 million..the one bedrooms are in the 1.2-1.4 range.... we have a 1 bedroom for sale right now in the building. we are un-winding a family buisness and all looking to retire... heres a little history on the building as its an archetectural landmark..

Nice area--but I knew that! My dream is after the kids are out to buy something in NYC & Paris and live between the two.

btw--are you going to hold onto any of the nyc properties or are you selling them all?
