Actually this is covered in our real estate contracts because the contract is binding upon heirs.

That is the craziest thing I have ever heard.

Silverfall - I honestly can't make these things up. If you think it's crazy hearing about it - try living the nightmare.

I posted the scaled down version of this story - the whole story would make a good movie of the week...the only problem is, there has not been a happy ending to it...
