my wife and 2 friends want to move to the seattle area. we have been watching craigslist and seattle papers like hawks. we are thinking of letting a realtor find our next apartment. the only thing is we have never contacted a realtor ever and really dont know what to look for or ask.
Do any of you know of a reputable and friendly realtor company that can help us find a 3 bedroom apartment or house for rent in seattle, wa.

Ira500 on the Seattle forum is a real estate agent and as honest & realistic as I've seen. Don't know if he does rentals though.

You'd be better served contacting a property manager. Realtors sell homes, Prop. Mgrs rent homes/apts.
