Lacey, Yesterday was uneventful here in land of cotton. All I did was work my tail off in the back yard and will head out that way shortly to try and finish up over the next day or so. Can only do so much and have to break. It was so dang hot yesterday when the sun would show up, in the 90s. So not ready for the Fl heat waves and am more than ready to head to a cooler climate!
I can only dream of flip flops and capris.....soon ladies, soon. the sun is supposed to pop out today so maybe the rain is over for a while...I can only hope.
Thanks, Lacey...pretty soon I will be crabbing about the desert heat..I dont care I am going to soak it in, get some sun, relax this summer...my mom and dad have a pool and they will be 3 blocks away..the dogs will love that...

God, that's hot - don't mind mid-to high 80's but getting into the 90s makes me just want to sleep, and no way I could do yard work unless I had one of those helmut thingies that had spouts goin' into my mouth with cold cerveza. Looks like it's gonna rain here later this AM or early afternoon and probably be low 70's. Flowers are lovin' the combo of some sunshine in the morning and rain in afternoon - & I love my flowers!
