Oh Nike-so happy for you-I walked in your shoes for many years as Mr. L was career service and they loved sending him to sea or remote locations all the times. Matter of fact the day before we got married he got orders to go to the Arctic circle for 1 year! You are a strong lady!

Barb-rest and feel better. Lots has happened, including the wedding, so rest is in order now.

Jody-yeah girl.

Texas so happy for your trips.

Showings on demand-we also are just 2 here, no pets and I'm anal so immediates are fine.

Niki, that job of his is pulling you 2 apart too much. You are right--you and the kids need him too. {{{HUGS to y'all!}}} Happy belated birthday to your son! Stay strong girl--you and hubby will get through this.

Morning all, Looks like everyone is off doing something else, Will be myself shortly. It is nice out and I am having a hard time getting motivated for sure.

Dogmom, I sure hope you got some rest and are feeling better today. The Mockingbird is sure mocking me! Removed the nest again early this morning and it is back in another spot, I dont want it in my garage. I swear is sits on a limb and taunts me, waiting to swoop down and nail me. Any suggestions short of bang bang?

Hey campers!

I got some feedback from the agent who showed it twice to the same person. She is still "undecided." LOL! He said she was leaning towards another building. Oh, well. At least buyers in my price point are starting to buy. We hadn't had a sale for 6 months in this price in the whole area. We've had 3 now in the last few weeks.

Slowly but surely!

Hope everyone has a great Easter!

Lacey, I wasn't home. He left his card. So I emailed him and he emailed me back. If your agent isn't getting you feedback, I would take his card and email him a "thank you for taking the time to show my home," type thing. Everyone likes to be thanked.
