I have been able to go and pull the latest release from April for Case Shiller and would like to get the latest chart with the expected bottom dates for the top 10 metros that are often published thru marketoracle or seekingalpha. Would anyone has this chart that they can post or have a link to where I can get it? Thanks.
The most recent numbers I have are from Jan 09 and show Miami bottoming Nov 09 (I don't see this happening) and Chicago bottoming May 2010 (hopefully this will happen, but I will believe it when I see it). It should be noted that previous futures charts showed Miami bottoming in 2010/2011.
Does anyone have the Feb/March Futures chart or something more recent they can post?

I have also seen February 2009 Case Shiller numbers as well but not in this format, which you can get thru S&P website.
