I signed a counter offer yesterday and I realize that the house has many problems, and want to get out of it, can i still do it?
I did the inspection after signing the papers.
the offer was made with a co-signer but I change my mine and sign it just me.
will this void the counter offer?
will they return the paper to sign them again?
please help.

what you can do depends on what your contract states you can do. Talk to a local real estate attorney if you don't have a real estate agent.

Ok, it seems to me, you made an offer with another person purchasing it with you. So the offer was from you and another person. The counter offer came over in the names of you and the other person referencing the original offer/contract and only you signed it. Do I have that correct? Is this on the REO you were speaking about in California in another thread?
