That house is on Concord St. in downtown in Orlando. I pass by it every day. Beautiful Spanish style house on the outside in a really great historic neighborhood with brick roads and European style circular cross roads. Not sure what the inside looks like.
I've never seen the car.....but it also has a great rental apartment over the garage area.
Considering the economy woes in Orlando at this time, I'm not sure that any car will sell the house. The shopping downtown isn't all that great or convenient.
It would be great for ME though since I work there. (Just in case anyone wants to gift me a house and a fancy car!) I love Rolls Royce's so much until I have a son named Royce.

The car isn't really free. The value of the car is a seller concession.

It is actually on Broadway.....a 3368 sq ft home built in 1926.
