Hey ROTHBEAR!! Sorry to hear you are still stuck in limbo with 2 houses.......okay I will throw it out- have you considered listing the SC on too, and see which can sell first?? then you won't have 2 to deal with??? I know you might prefer SC, butmaybe PA is where you need to be for a while more???
Oh HOW does DD like her house??!!??

I digress........
Little quick story- had a small house once, bought a bigger one basically around the corner.Took a month or so, got moved and the small house ready to sell. During this hubby was laid off....so.... folks looked at small house, liked it but a little too small, so I somewhat jokingly said well, we have a bigger one around the corner, wanna see it? YEP, looked at it & we threw a price out...called us 30 mins after looking and took it. whoosh, that wound up being a real blessing.....

Hi Roth great to "see" you but sad to hear nothing yet and all that's going on.

CrazyMa-our resident healer with always great advice and a shoulder for us all.

That weight loss of the sign will be great plus I will dust off St. Joe and let him rest awhile.

Say how and where's Hammy?

Tambre: Whomever mentioned Subaru Forresters...I used to own one. That thing was like a tank in the snow--it would go where trucks couldn't! The gas mileage wasn't bad. The reason I got rid of it--it was only a year old--I took it to Jiffy Lube to have oil changed. They drained my transmission fluid and never refilled it--I drove home 7 miles like that--almost didn't make it! I had my neighbor check it out...NO TRANSMISSION FLUID!! 7 months later my transmission went out. Subaru covered it, but they really didn't have too. Soon after, I traded it in.

Painter: How's the finger with the splinter?

He is doing better--one day at a time. He hasn't said much about my sil.

You will do fine. The important thing is he is home and less chance of acquiring an infection there than in the hospital.

Barb: Don't worry about the dirt...plenty of time for that in the Fall when the weather cools off. One box at a time! When I was purging last Fall, I found boxes in my garage still packed from when I bought my house in 2001!! The one box I was upset about--all my HS yearbooks--they were ruined--musty, damp--I had to throw them away.
