I am a purchaser that has a financing contingency that expires on July 2. However, I will not be fully approved for my loan until around July 8 due to appraisal delay. I am confident that I will be approved.
My real estate agent stated that the Seller can void the contract 3 days after they provide Notice that contract will be void if we do not provide them with a Form #100.
Although there are two boxes in the financing contingency paragraph that designate whether I shall/shall not provide the Seller with a Lender's Letter along with the Form #100, neither box is checked.
Is it safe to assume that the seller cannot void the contract if I do not provide them with a lender's letter in the time required?
