The one on the left doesn't look much like a kid....more like a woman drinking a bottle of cheap pink wine. I've seen kids in pics in gamerooms, etc. Seems stupid to me. I'd never put my kids pic on the internet taking a bath (when he was little). He's almost 17 now. (I should probably check his Facebook before I keep ranting! For all I know there could be pic on there of him in a tub.)
LMAO - I'm checking my son's Facebook page as we speak
I am surprised the photo was allowed by the local MLS (if it was). I'm very surprised the parents would allow this photo to be on the net. I think it's bad parenting. Further I think the photo should be reported to the local MLS if not to the police!
It makes me crazy to see people put their kids out on the internet.
Totally agree and like I said in a previous post, I can't believe the sellers/parents would allow pictures of their naked kids in the bathtub to be all over the internet. Just too many weirdos out there. Crazy world we live in.

While it might not be the brainiest thing the parents or Realtor have ever done, that photo is not illegal, nor is it in any way pornographic. Weird to have as part of a listing, yes. Pronography, not even close.

How do you know they are naked? They could easily be in bathing suits with the amount of bubbles covering them.
I often have pictures of kids or dogs in photos, never naked or in the tub.
If you can show the property is a happy place...then it will sell.
Often the kids and the dog that were photographed for the flyer/web came with me to the property, and lived in my house.
Maybe I am weird but that would put me off. I do not have children or a dog and do not care whether the current owners have either.
