I would have thought all info on the house been shown to all parties but that was a different concept I hadn't thought of.

We're almost the same here. They only have to give a copy if they terminate based on the report. Most agents give them when they request repairs because the good inspectors out here take lots of photos and it's easier to get the repairs done correctly when you can show the contractor the photo of the problem.

In Florida, if the seller became aware of issues through an inspection then they are aware of the issue and they must disclose it or be liable for failure to disclose. I often have sellers redisclose during the listing.
