Has anyone used onepercentUSA? They're a discount real estate firm, the savings seem substantial, I would like to hear feedback from anyone who has actually used them, either as buyer or seller, thanks!
They are all the same. Just research a couple of threads looking for low service, flat fee, or discount agents. Good fit for some, not so much for others.
SOUNDS good doesn't it? If you use them report back...you usually get minimal service with the minimal fee. If you've sold many of your own homes and are an expert negotiator it could be a good fit....

I'm sure they can offer their rate because they also operate a title insurance company and a mortgage brokerage. I'm guessing the real estate commission model is a loss leader for their other interests. I'm also wondering how they avoid the conflict of interest inherent in this model. Texas law must be different than CA in this respect.
