Our new company has provided us with a realtor who is searching for a rental property for us in another city. I found another property on craigslist and I called the number listed. The number was of the landlady who uses another realtor for her property. Can I look at the second property, even though my first realtor is also showing me the properties. Is this ethical?

why don't you just tell your agent about the house and have them show it to you? The one that has been working for you will get a small commission (at least they do here) and they have been working for you. Just tell your agent that you found this house on craigslist and are interested in it.
