Yes, I can. I think the part you really are trying hard to ignore is the "expert/elite". If they aren't better, they don't fit that criteria.

Wow my apologies. You are right, I was trying to ignore that part. Next time I will try to do better when I ignore something by not typing it in all caps EXPERT/ELITE lol nice try. How is it ignoring something when I typed in all caps twice?

You are probably more correct than I am on the EXPERT/ELITE (bolded this time to prevent people who cannot read from saying I was ignoring it) because I do not personally know every single PT realtor out there so I cannot say that not 1 single 1 of them, is better than at least 1 EXPERT/ELITE (bolded and typed slower for our short bus readers) in the country. Maybe if I knew every single one of them I could be more responsible in my reply.
