What do you think? Is this a good idea? Opinions please. Turn your sound on!

There's no price or location info so I think it's OK to post this.

I like the idea of a virtual tour, and while the subject of each picture is good, the quality of the images is pretty poor. All of the pictures appear grainy on my computer. Seems like they were compressed or something. I see this all too often on RE websites. Not sure why it happend, but I would get that fixed as soon as possible as it really takes away from what would otherwise be a nice virtual tour.

Thanks for taking the time to look and respond! This is my 2nd summer trying to sell so I sure hope this helps. I'm tired of living in limboland.

I have to agree with North_Raleigh_Guy, I really like the talking tour but the pictures are grainy. I would have them retake them with a better camera.

I feel your frustration, we are closing on our house at the end of the month after being on the market 7 months and our last house took us 2 1/2 years to sell. This time I am having a house built with what I want.......I do not plan to sell. Like my hubby says, how do people move every couple of years. Even after you get a contract it is stressful.

The voice sounded like something from the "Twilight Zone".

Poor choice of music (very distracting and a bit "steamy"), but the premise is good. I agree with others that the pictures are poor quality.

When you mention the cedar paneling, you need to mention if it's real wood or not. Lots of people do not like paneling. Liz

Real St Marys cedar. Not the cheap stuff. MN is still kind of woodsy/outdoorsy. Probably because we are freezing all the time, paneling looks warm and cozy.
