Hi there,
does anybody know whether where I could find property prices and graphs dating back into the 70s or 80s - for a specific city or county?
I don't really know where to look for this kind of data in general and Google only delivers garbage.

Thanks!
The data should be available from a local government in your area. In some cases it is prohibited by state law.
It requires a great deal of work to turn this data into graphs and statistical summaries.
I am looking for info on Floria but I am not a Fl resident (and have no way to go there and go through stacks of paper).
What I am looking for in general is this: the impact of a greatly infrastructure on prices of land and property.
Say: a new interstate, an airport, a bridge.. fundamentally improved access to the area, perhaps new jobs, tourism etc.
I figured that Florida has several spots where this has happened in the past.
Has anyone invested in Florida for perhaps more than a decade?
Many Florida counties now have their tax and sales records online. Search for "Fill-in-the-blank county tax collector' and you can get yourself the raw data, though you'll probably have to do a fair amount of work to get it into the format you want.
