Did GuyFriendly sell his house???? (appraisal, sale, inspection, value)

I've been trying to read about GuyFriendly's saga of selling his house in Mesa, Az. Now I'm intriqued, but it's after 4 in the morning, I'm tired, and I still haven't discovered if the sale went thru! Can anyone tell me? Hope it turned out well.(also hope I got the name right....remember....I'm tired!)
