I work for a small brokerage and, as many, we're trying whatever we can do take save a bit on advertising while obtain prospects. I wanted to ask what other Real Estate Professionals are doing and which no-cost services they are using? I've tried CList before but I just end up with extraneous spam.

I stumbled upon Yuplet but still looks young? What are your thoughts on it?

What other free sites are there?

You might want to post this in the real estate professionals group.

If you do postlets then it will feed into a bunch of different sites. Free isn't always mean good. Sometimes it is totally worth it to pay a monthly fee for something.

Get the trulia silver account. It is not free ($40 per month) but holy cow does it pay back. I picked up 2 new buyers in the first week I had it. Not a bad ROI if you ask me.

I pay for MilitarybyOwner.com. It is a big draw in my Military market. It is about $80 per listing. It has paid for itself several times over.

My office puts all our listings on CL and Zillow. Never have gotten a response from either.
