Has anyone here has done equity share sales when the auction date had been set on a property going through foreclosure? What were some obstacles you faced with the seller in order to get them to go with you and not just sell it with another agent. How did you find the seller? How did you split the equity after the sale? 50/50? What are some tips you would have for someone looking to do this?
