housingpredictor.com has just released their 2010 predictions for the top 25 housing markets. Cleveland tops the list , only because they have no where else to go , but up.
What I find most interesting is the small cities that are on this list , Marquette,Mi. , Bismarck,ND , Juneau, AK.....all in the Northern tier, an area that has not suffered as greatly as the rest of the Country. In fact , ND has shown a job growth , not a decline !
I think Marquette tops the list in quality of living , along with the other Northern tier cities , but even more so. Some feed back on this release would be interesting.
I don't see that article anywhere on the home page. Do you have a link, by any chance?
check out the front page article in the Marquette Mining Journal if you can not find the story. Its on latest page from housingpredictor.com I promise.
That's funny, because Nuwireinvestor just released a press report saying my market (Huntsville, Alabama) was the top real estate investment area for 2010.
[edit]
Now this is odd, because when I go to housingpredictor.com, it says Huntsville is the top 10 buyers (and investors) market for 2010.

I think the differences are because of markets that going to improve the most in 2010. Huntsville was not down that far in the first place ?..May be that its specfic to housing values increasing...and not everything else as Huntsville has a lot of Government spending...always will.
