That's not public info and isn't collected on the purchase documents. You can use the Census to tell you how many people live in a city or town and what their race is though.
The name is public record. Just contact the county assessor or the city/town assessor ( depending on where you live) . Some places have their records on line, if they don't, just call and ask.
