Hi all guys,
What should I do if my landlord wants to charge more from me for his property. It seems that he is harassing me. Need help from experts regarding this situation.

With Regards,

What does your lease say? How long is your lease term?

Lawmom is asking the right questions. All depends on your lease as to what your landlord can do with increasing rent payment. If you are month to month, then the landlord can probably raise it each month after giving appropriate notice. If you are in a long term lease, then the rent is normally fixed for the term of the lease.

If the landlord is legally raising your rent, and you don't want to pay more, then your only other option is to move.

rjrcm has it right.
I don't know your area but I'm finding rents are on the rise. The market is taking them up and costs are going up, too. Insurance rates are rising everywhere, it seems. That will have an inpact on the rents that landlords will charge.
Again, I agree with rjrcm - check your lease !
