Story reminds me of the movie Grapes of Wrath where mother Joad is shown sweeping out the family home for the last time before being forced out. Despite their hardship she still felt compelled to do what she thought was right, leave behind a clean house. Good for you that you found honorable sellers.

Enjoy your new home!

You will be lucky no doubt as, if you decided to make right investment and to where then it will definitely prove to be the better investment. Also, it somewhere depends on choosing a right agent for you who will help you in making correct choice.

Thanks

Closed today. Everything went very well. Seller handed us a color coded binder of information that must have had about 200 pages of stuff in it along with about 100 pictures showing us the stages of construction for a some additions that were done.

I can't imagine a real estate transaction going any smoother than this one did.

Great news. I try to be a responsible seller, too. Probably b/c I am now at the age that most every buyer could be my own kid buying the home. It is truly a luxury to be in a position to be generous and you are the beneficiary of sellers who are in that fortunate position. Maybe your home will bring good karma -- and for your next buyers and you can reciprocate! Enjoy the home.

I really like my agent. He is relaxing, hard working and funny too........
After looking on tons of sites, with help from my girls.........HE was the one to find the perfect home for us.
I hope everything goes smoothly. I've always given my buyers all the product information .......
Like how the Pellet stove runs, how to clean it........and what the problems are and how to solve them. What heaters are needed, and what ones are not conducive to even turn on.....Loft heaters!
I'd love to have a wonderful experience. I think I treated our buyers so very fairly in the past.
I can't say every sale ( especially my Moms home) was peachy......
But, I am sure hoping it could be this time.
A home is so meaningful to people.......memories do linger there.
It is really so important to work toward a happy closing day........But it takes both parties to be onboard.

We had the buyers from hell, who really raked us over the coals after a nitpicky ridiculous inspection, but when we went to buy, after our inspection we had a couple of requests. These requests are being met and thank goodness we didn't have yet another hassle to bear.
