Those "make money in real estate" tv commercials

There are only two roads to wealth... hard work... and luck... note that watching and doing what the video says isn't one of them...

If you watch any of those infomercials carefully, you will see that "results not typical" disclaimer. Keyword ... NOT.

By using that disclaimer, if even one person out of a thousand made $15k in one month, then such could be used in their advertising. Afterall, trying to peddle a product with by saying "it's absolutely ineffective in 99.9% of all cases!!" doesn't work so well.
