This cracked me up. I'm sure they feel like this most everyday between the banks and Realtors.

LOL That may be the only way to get an appraisal at the contract price anymore.

Pretty much. Which is why many of us who can go beyond filling out forms rarely do mortgage work anymore.

That's for sure! I don't envy loan originators these days...tough job. Only plus side is business comes to them.
