OMG!!!!! We got our tax refund!!!!! finally. AND it's for $50 more than we expected!!! i guess that was the hold up! wahoo. just in time for our east coast friends to visit coming in in a couple of hours. this is great!!!

it's hot out there.Pressure washed the front walk, porch & drive. It is hot. Screw doing the patio. Need to spread some mulch. Idiot came out to dig some CLUMPS of dirt, like I am gonna spread that crap in a couple of areas. It is hot. I said trot your happy fanny to the orange store and get bags of dirt.Brown dirt, black dirt, haopy dirt, sad. I do not care. In a bag ,in a box. DIRT.Pour & spread so much easier. It is hot.
I hope this lookers will half way like the place enough to make an offer. I guess we shall have battle royal within the next 48 hrs or so, on what bottom dollar will be. It is hot. No rain in the forecast until MAYBE sun nite. Everything is drooping, even my boobs. I told him to raise the mower the other day, when he actually mowed. BUT no, shorter won't have to mow as soon. OF COURSE not you don't have to mow DEAD grass!!
