Tried and true. They're great!

Mayonaise Biscuits

1 cup self-rising flour
1 tsp. sugar
2 TBSP. mayo
1/2-3/4 cup milk

Stir altogether, and drop by spoon into greased muffin pan. Bake in pre-heated 350-degree oven for 15 minutes

Well, I'd try them, since mayo could only make something better, right? I use mayo in many different recipes.... eggplant parmesan, baked fish, and grilled cheese sandwiches to name a few.

Great Recipe. I love my biscuits and gravy. Oh if any of you people shop Costco. BUY the Kirkland brand Mayo. I swear it tastes exactly like Bestfoods or Hellmans for you West of the Rockies folk. Really is fantastic and is about half the price of B.F. Just thought I would share.
