I just made coffee liqueur.
1- C Dark Brown Sugar
3/4 C Granulated Sugar
2-Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/4 C + 2 Tbsp Instant Coffee Crystals
2-C Water
Combine all, bring to a boil and simmer ~ 10 minutes
Remove from heat and add 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract when cool.
Add:
1-C Everclear 151 Proof
1- C Brandy
Let sit a few days, less syrupy/less sweet than Kahlua, makes a tasty Black Russian
