I've been searching for recipes that are specific for convection ovens and honestly, I could do it all day! Most are trying to sell an oven and I have only come across a few recipes. I got a really good deal on one ($30) and would rather use this than the stove oven. Any ideas?

I dunno. I have a convection oven and I can't tell any difference except that convection cooking takes a little bit less time. I'm sure there are recipes, but I can't imagine how they will differ from a conventional oven.

A convection oven simply circulates air with a fan, it cooks more efficiently and evenly. No special recipes are needed.

I don't use any "special" recipes, either. If the recipe calls for the oven temp to be 375, I just turn the convection oven to 350. I have read that's what you are supposed to do, cook 25 degrees lower in your convection oven.

Thank you! That's basically all I needed to know. Just wasn't sure what the difference was.

Yes, my convec. oven just lower the temp. by 25 degrees. I prefer my conventional ovens over the convection oven.
