Does anyone ever use the carrots tops for anything? If so, what?

I've tried them on sandwiches and in soups or stews but although I really like greens generally (radish greens! Yum!) they're somewhat bitter for my taste.

I just speed-googled though....there's quite a few recipes for carrot greens out there!

I don't know, our dog is pretty picky, darn little thing.

I guess I will just throw them out. I am having so much fun with all the greens I am getting from our farmers market, I was just hoping I could use them as well. Tomorrow night we are having beet and turnip greens.
