This is just my experiment on some grilled fish. First let me say that I'm not really comfortable with grilling fish, so I used some foil to make sure i didnt tear the little fillet up. Only did this one piece because it's all I had. But more will be made. Bet that!!
1. Assemble Ingridents
Red pepper
Cilantro
Lemon Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Lemon Juice
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Tilapia
Butter
Season your fish with alot or just a pinch here and there.
2. In a small dish, I melted the butter, then added the lemon juice and B.V.
3. Season both or just one side.
4. Add butter mixture and your done with prep work.
5. I personally let sit in the refrigerator for 1.5hrs. The butter will thicken back up but once over the heat it will loosen back up.
6. Cook time will vary depending on the size, thickness, heat and maybe type of fish. I say cook for at least 10-12 minutes at around 180 degrees indirect heat. Depending if you use butter like I did, flames or alot of heat will cause the ends to blacken and we don't want that :P ENJOY!!!
