I haven't checked the recipe I have yet but I think it includes both rum and the banana liqueur

I have to add, please be very cautious when doing a flambee in a home kitchen.
It could really ruin your Holiday.

I have made it without alcohol. Just as good. Yummy on ice cream, french toast.

Can't possibly be just as good!

I served this as a special dessert in my restaurant, using the Cruzan Blackstrap rum as a substitute for the "dark rum". The blackstrap is similar to Pussers but much better! I served it in tall sundae glasses over vanilla ice cream and topped with whipped cream. Very pretty, very delicious and (like all good things) very fattening!!!

PS: This actually keeps very well refrigerated for about a week ...

I'm sure it is very good, but is it Bananas Foster?
