garlic fudge (clove, chocolate, cheese, chili)

Does anyone have a recipe for garlic fudge? A friend gave me some she bought but didn't get the recipe. It was good.

Cheese fudge a lot of people like. I never tried that one either

I'm a big garlic user and a definite fan of chocolate, but to combine the two? Chili and chocolate yes... but you never know until you try and we're food adventurous!

I've heard of (and made) Mexican Fudge (basically cheese and green chilies) - but not Garlic Fudge.

Yeah. I guy I worked with has a daughter who went to some garlic festival, perhaps the one you mention. She tried garlic ice cream and loved it. You know, if you just clarify garlic you can detect a sweetish taste there. I would definitely try it.

It has a sweet taste yet you can taste the garlic as an after taste
