Ah you sound like a Dave Ramsey fan to me.

e-mealz.com is a good place to start. I was a subscriber for a short time. My problem was that I am trying (desperately) to improve the quality of my diet, and they do not lend themselves to do that very well.

But for the average person, it IS a good site.

Honestly- I really don't know much about Dave Ramsey. Besides bits and pieces I hear on the TV. Actually- one of my co-workers turned me onto this website. I have used it for about 6 months now. I did change to low fat version. It has become a useful tool for me as I had very little cooking knownledge as to what spices to use here- and to change manyy old habits of the same. I just think it works for my busy households that cut the guess work out. You can try it for three months for cheap and decide if you want to continue. I do know you can search the webiste for some coupon to get a few dollars off the first 3 months.
