Ice Water Cake (baked, potato, cookies, biscuits)

Ever had "Ice Water Cake"? I've baked it, it has almost the consistency of biscuits, & it does seem to taste like biscuits, for a cake itself, it is rather flavorless. I like to make something new & different & this was it.

How about potato chip cake. Haven't done that one either, but it does sound different.

I've had potato chip cookies which are good but not cake. I've never heard of ice water cake.

I have the recipe for potato chip cookies & have made it, I too, like the cookies. Never had potato chip cake, it doesn't sound good.
