Thumbs up Tips for loosening garlic powder that has turned rock hard. (onion, baking)

If your garlic or onion powder is already hard, use a fine grater for the amount you need. To keep powders from hardening I use a saltine cracker in a closed Organdy bag. The Organdy is sheer enough to draw out moisture, but thick enough to keep in cracker crumbs. I also use this in my sugar to keep it from clumping.
