Ranch Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
3/4 cup ranch dressing
1 cup dry bread crumbs (any flavor)
2 tbsp olive oil or canola oil
Place chicken pieces into zip-lock bag. Pour dressing into bag. Lightly knead the bag to coat chicken pieces with dressing.
Pour bread crumbs into shallow dish. Dredge coated chicken in bread crumbs.
In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook chicken for 12-15 minutes, turning once, until outside is golden brown and juice is no longer pink when center of thickest piece is cut. Try to test for doneness only once to keep juices inside.
Ta-da! The entree is done in 30 minutes or less. This recipe is so unbelievably easy, it almost shouldn't be called cooking. If you decide to try it, I hope you like it.
