Any suggestions for how to cook these and eliminate/minimize the bitterness? They're super healthy and I would like to incorporate them more into my diet, but I can't deal with the bitterness!

It is different than the way I usually cook them, but I thought that if Dawn recommended this recipe it must be awesome. Every recipe that I have tried of hers has turned out to be a new favorite.

I had to convince my daughter to sample these because she doesn't even like brussels sprouts. I said, "Remember that cauliflower potato soup that you liked? Well, the same person recommended this recipe" and so she tried it and liked it.

Now maybe you have a good tofu recipe to recommend because she doesn't really care for tofu.....

Ah! If the kid likes them, then they MUST be good!

Hmmm. Tofu. I don't like tofu at all. We just bought a block of it, though, because my husband wants to make something with it. I'll watch him make it. I'll watch him eat it. But that's all I can do. Sorry, I'm no help in this department.

I don't think there is much hope.....she calls it "No-Fu"

She loves almost all vegetables but none of the tofu recipes I cook.
