Do you just want to host the Pesach (PEH-sahkh, PAY-sahkh = Passover) Seder (SAY-d'r = ritual meal), or do you really want to impress your Passover Seder guests?

If your goal is to host an impressive Seder, then read on: Impressive Passover Seder Menu - Festive Meat Pesach Recipes.

The sweet and sour brisket looks yummy.

I live in a rural area. We can buy meat of excellent quality but certain cuts aren't available.. Brisket is one of those. Can you suggest any other cuts that would be suitable?

I've read enough storues about kosher slaughter as extremely cruel. Therefore, I don't eat kosher meat. Morally, I cannot eat kosher meat.

Lest someone think I'm picking on Moslems and Jews I must state that I do not eat any veal nor any eggs or chickens from factory farms.

I have never heard of anyone who cannot eat Jewish food.

Can you be more specific?

I was very specific. What you posted in response was not reassuring.

Shouldn't the Seder/Passover Meal be more about humility and gratitude, than about impressing guests?
